How do I choose the right cooperation model (package) for us?
While pricing is important, we recommend selecting a package based on your actual needs. The ROI from productization is often highly rewarding – you will benefit from it both in revenue and profits for years. All Terzos cooperation models follow the same methodology. The main differences lie in how much work you, as the founder, need to do (or leave on us) and the level of customization offered. If you prefer not to handle the productization process operationally and want to ensure your team fully embraces it (so that you can soon free yourself up), consider the Project in Your Company package. This option also offers the highest level of customization to meet your specific needs. If you’re confident you can transfer the knowledge to your team and manage the process yourself, consider Owner Mentorship or Mastermind Group. The difference between the two comes down to your further preference:
- Owner Mentorship is 1:1, starts immediately, and offers scheduling flexibility.
- Mastermind Group has a fixed start and offers peer feedback and group support. While the schedule is fixed, the strategic value of being part of a cohort may outweigh the wait.
Owner Mentorship also allows for some customization, while Mastermind Group provides valuable insights and immediate feedback from other entrepreneurs.
Is there a trial period for our cooperation?
Generally, no. We believe in working together only if you’re fully committed to productizing your company. With us, you can do it quickly and efficiently, without costly trial-and-error approaches. We’re all-in, and we expect the same from you. Your success is as important to us as ours. If at any point during our cooperation you feel the value you get isn’t close to 10 out of 10, we want to hear from you. We’ll regularly ask for your feedback as it’s part of our methodology. We’re confident our pricing is fair, given the scope of work we do for you and the concentrated expertise you’ll receive. That said, in the Project In Your Company package, payments are made in three installments, giving you the option to reassess before each one. For the Owner Mentorship and Mastermind Group packages, payment is upfront, but in certain cases, refunds or time extensions may apply. More details will be covered in our Intro call if needed.

What revenue and profit results have your reference clients achieved?
Results vary depending on the product or productized service(s) being created and the timing of our cooperation. As Terzos is a young agency (est. 2023), many of our projects are recent or still ongoing. Also, we see our clients’ successes as their own—we simply guide and support them.
That said, the best year-over-year growth we’ve witnessed in 2023 was in 3MON, achieving over 4x revenue and 5x profit compared to 2022. In the case of ByWednesday, we saw a 5-fold increase in revenue and profit in 2024, along with a significant decrease in personnel costs. In 2025, Wisible reduced sales time from several hours over multiple months to just 20 minutes of effort and a few weeks to close, and their offer now converts on its own.
GrowClub gets daily up to 5 inbound leads from an automated system – no more manual selling. Without spending a single € on paid marketing, the landing page with clear productized offer brought in 61 organic leads in just 2.5 months.

Each package follows the same Terzos methodology in a slightly different format. If followed correctly, we guarantee you and your company will no longer need our assistance – you’ll have the experience and know-how to continue productizing on your own.
